Return Policy:

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@clothiv.com mentioning your Order ID.
  2. Requests for exchange must be made within 2 days of receiving your item in case the product is damaged.
  3. It is compulsory to record a video while opening your parcel as proof of its condition. Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or defective products will not be accepted.
  4. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no  refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.
  5. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
  6. Refund would be processed within 2 days after the product is received back to our warehouse.
  7. Return fee of ₹100 applies
  8. Deduct up to ₹150 for forward shipping charges from the refund, amount varies by weight and shipment.
  9. Reverse pickup by Clothiv incurs a charge of ₹150-₹250. Price varies based on weight and shipment amount.

Exchange Policy:

  1. You have to raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
  2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 2 working days. Please note Clothiv will arrange for the pick up from your door step
  3. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it
  4. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  5. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  6. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note.
  7. Return or exchange  of the exchanged product is not possible.
  8. No discount will be given on exchange orders.
  9. Exchange fee of ₹100 applies

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
  2. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
  3. If the product is customized for you
  4. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 2 days of receiving the shipment.
  5. If the product is made to order
